(BAC Coursera Academy)

  1. Sign Up & Payment
    1. You may sign up at BAC Coursera Academy for yourself or someone else. The following fees shall apply for 1 year of subscription:-
      1. RM750.00* for registered students of all institutions under BAC Education Group [ie. Brickfields Asia College, Veritas University College, IACT College, Reliance College and University Malaysia of Computer Science and Engineering (UNIMY)]; and
      2. RM1,500.00 for non-students / others.
    2. Access to Coursera will be provided within 24 hours from registration with BAC Coursera Academy.
    3. Payment shall be made online using the iPay88 payment gateway. All transactions will be processed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Failure to successfully make payment will result in your access to Coursera being revoked. Access will be restored only after payment is successfully completed and communicated to BACLearn.
    4. Proof of payment must, within 3 days of payment being made be sent to BACLearn via email at sherin@baclearn.com. Failure to submit proof of payment will result in your access to Coursera being revoked.
      *For students of BAC Education Group, please submit a copy of your student ID together with the proof of payment.
    5. BACLearn does not guarantee and shall not be responsible for any unavailability of iPay88’s services including but not limited to any network maintenance and/or error.

  2. Withdrawal & Refunds
    1. Intention to withdraw must be notified to BACLearn by email at sherin@baclearn.com.
    2. In the event non-students choose to withdraw within the first month of subscription, they will be entitled to a refund of RM1,000.00 only. Students of BAC Education Group are not entitled to any refund.
    3. In the event you choose to withdraw after the first month of subscription, the fees are non-refundable.

  3. Termination
    1. The duration for subscription is 1 year only.
    2. The subscription will be terminated by BACLearn at the end of the last month of subscription. Once the subscription is terminated, you will no longer be able to access the content in your account.
  4. General
    1. BACLearn reserves the right to vary, alter or amend these terms and conditions.
    2. These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with other related policies, rules and regulations of Coursera and the institutions under BAC Education Group, where relevant.
